Payments: 100% deposit is required on all reservations. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation once payment has been made.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 10 full days in advance in order to receive a refund minus a $10.00 service charge. Any cancellations or changes made less than 10 days of your arrival date result in the full amount forfeited.

Rain Checks: To receive a rain check it must be raining at Huzzah Valley on the morning of the float and still raining at 12:00 Noon. (NO REFUNDS)

If state officials or the management make the determination that the river levels are beyond safe canoeing or rafting, a rain check will be issued in the amount of your payment. (NO REFUNDS).

In most situations, the remainder of the reservation (catering, lodging, and camping) should not be affected by flood conditions and will be honored.
